This #InternationalWomensDay, we’re celebrating the women shaping Wizz App – and our global community growing every day.

Today, 43% of our team are women, including 12 women driving product, safety, growth, and strategy. However real progress goes beyond metrics.

At Wizz, structural equality is embedded in how we operate. We run with an open feedback culture and a flat hierarchy. In team meetings, every voice carries weight. It's how decisions get made.

International Women’s Day is a reminder that connection, safety, and community don’t happen by accident. They’re built by people who care deeply about the spaces they create and the impact they have.

When heterogeneous perspectives are built directly into the decision-making process, the product gets sharper. The safety systems get stronger. The organization gets better.
