1.1. Welcome to the Wizz Creator Challenge (the “Challenge”)! These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between You (the “Participant”, “You”, “Your”) and Wizz ("Wizz" or the “Organiser”) and govern Your participation in the Challenge.

2. Eligibility and Account RequirementS

2.1. Participants must maintain a public TikTok account in good standing, free of active "shadowbans" or recent community guideline strikes. 2.2. All entries must be the original work of the Participant. The unauthorized reposting of third-party content is strictly prohibited. While Participants may draw inspiration from existing trends, they must ensure all audio and visual elements are properly licensed, with a strong recommendation to utilize the TikTok Commercial Music Library.

2.3. Content must adhere to a native "social-first" aesthetic (e.g., standard TikTok or Carousel formats). Participants should prioritize a raw, authentic, and relatable user experience over "TV-style" commercial production or polished studio setups. To verify the authenticity of the experience, entries must feature visible elements of the Wizz interface, such as profile screens, matching functions, or chat features.

2.4. Wizz maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding "Bullying" content. Any entries that mock, "roast," or negatively target other users or profiles will be disqualified. Furthermore, content must not depict, encourage, or reference risky behavior, illegal activities, or explicit/suggestive themes.

For any content receiving payment, the Participant must ensure the video remains live and publicly accessible on their account for a minimum of one (1) year.
